FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: safety system for construction equipment has a device for wired or wireless communication, sensors for measuring operating parameters of the equipment, sensors or a device for measuring or setting parameters of objects lying the operating zone of the equipment, a digital computer and external computer. The digital computer is configured to transmit a signal characterising operating parameters of the equipment to the digital computer of other equipment. The digital computer of the other equipment is configured to set or change the maximum allowable value of the parameter of the equipment depending on the received signal.
EFFECT: high safety of using construction equipment during group work.
