FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: proposed power plant comprises gas turbine unit including radial-flow compressor, axial turbine with outlet directed toward compressor, annular gas-air recuperator arranged in axial chamber between compressor and turbine. Recurepator comprises housing accommodating heat exchanger with inlet and outlet tube plates and heat exchange matrix. The latter is made up of a set of heat exchange plates arranged between tube plates and secured therein by their faces to make annular shape of said matrix. Heat exchange matrix plane of symmetry is directed radially to comply of mounting angle in tubular plates to form radially-directed slots between them to allow passage of hot gas from behind the turbine in radial direction from center to periphery of annular matrix. Every heat exchange plate comprises hot air channels flowing from inlet to outlet tube plate, parallel with gas turbine unit axis. Said channels are located in recesses of adjacent heat exchange plates to create wavy configuration of radially-oriented slots to allow passage of hot gases.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of heat exchange, ease of heat exchange matrix production.
