FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: measuring transducer has at least a periodically vibrating measuring pipe through which the measured medium passes, a balancing device, at least one vibration sensor for detecting vibrations of at least one measuring pipe and at least one vibration generator for actuating at least one measuring pipe. The balancing device is mounted on the measuring pipe on the inlet side while forming a first connecting zone and on the outlet side while forming a second connecting zone. During operation, the measuring pipe at least periodically and/or at least in proportion to the extent of participation accomplishes bending vibrations about a virtual axis of bending vibrations which imaginarily connects the connection zones with each other. The vibration sensor has a coil mounted on the balancing device, as well as a magnetically connected permanent magnet lying inside a magnetic cup consisting of at least, in proportion to the extent of participation, current-conducting magnetic material and is mounted there, particularly at the bottom of the cup, which is mounted on the measuring pipe. The wall of the magnetic cup, mainly having the shape of a circular cylinder and/or a pipe and spreading from the bottom of the cup, in particular mainly towards the balancing device, has a recess spreading at least by parts in the direction of vibrations of the measuring pipe relative the balancing device.
EFFECT: reduced dependency of measurement accuracy on the actual position of integration or on the actual point where the measuring transducer is installed, reduced effect of the magnetic field and high stability of the zero point of the corresponding measuring transducer.
