FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compensating element to connect structural parts of fusible plastic. The compensating element comprises a hollow body of conical shape and at least one heating element. The heating element serves for at least partial heating along at least one of its inner surface and outer surface of the compensating element to set up a welded joint with structural parts. Cuts are applied as going away from each side edge of the hollow body. Some cuts stretch tightly to or beyond the predetermined plane of the compensating element providing for elasticity. At least one first cut goes off from the first side edge. At least one second cut goes off from the second side edge. Both cuts stretch tightly to or beyond the plane of the compensating element providing for elasticity.
EFFECT: simplification and increased reliability of connection of structural parts from plastic.
