SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing 25, engine 13, gearbox 26, transmission 12, variable-speed gear 16 and flywheel 7. Gearbox 26 comprises variable-speed gear 16 and planetary differential gear 6 with two degrees of freedom, its links being engaged with transmission 12, engine 13 via main clutch 15 and with flywheel 7 via fixed-axle gearing. Variable-speed gear 16 is engaged with engine 13 via main clutch 15 and via fixed-axle gearing, with flywheel 7.

EFFECT: reduced los of power, higher efficiency, complete braking power recovery.
