SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises hollow tube connected with carrier and diffuser secured at tube outlet. Launching tube inner surface is provided with circular cavity. Besides, proposed device comprises cylindrical shell ring arranged inside launching tune and aligned therewith to produce screw-nut for axial telescopic displacement along tube and closure of circular cavity.
EFFECT: possibility to adjust bafflement of exhaust jet and reduced gas dynamic effects on carrier rocket.
