FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronics and may be used for producing switching devices, connection (startup) diagrams in equipment with low thermal losses at the significant load currents. The trigger is formed by two transistors with different types of conductivity connected based in the diagram with common emitter and covered by reciprocal positive feedback so that the conducting condition of one transistor supports the conducting condition of the other transistor. Control pulses are supplied to the base or collector of any transistor. The load is connected to transistors collectors.
EFFECT: designing of trigger to control grounded and not grounded load with significant power at low thermal losses and definite stable state under supply of feeding voltage.
