SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communications equipment and may be used in repeaters of physical level. For this purpose a repeater is made as capable to apply a circuit of feedback suppression, which is adaptively connected to an antenna array so that the selected metric is applied to a combination of an antenna array and a feedback suppression circuit to increase integrity and amplification of a signal. The approximate repeater feedback suppression circuit is adapted by means of the metrics, which efficiently adapts weight coefficients maintained by performance of the selected method of linear algebra for the feedback suppression circuit so that the metric specifies the level of the transmitter's signal present during reception, and may be produced on the basis of correlation between a transmitted signal and a receiver's signal. The repeater supports a delay to preferably guarantee that the transmitted signal is decorrelated with a useful signal of a receiver and also balanced in time and correlated with a single of feedback leak.
EFFECT: high noise immunity under conditions of multiradiate distribution.
