SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns crop sector. The method including preparation of green cuttings. At the same time a freshly cut green cutting is taken with two pairs of leaves and is placed into an individual vegetation container with a soil substrate and the possibility to create conditions of a "moist chamber" by means of insulation of a separate each green cutting. Moisture of the soil substrate makes 75-80%, the average air temperature - 20-23°C, the relative moisture of air 65-70%, and timing of seedlings production makes 24-25 days. Seedlings are planted together with the lower reservoir of the vegetation container. The container comprises a lower reservoir in the form of a sleeve, an upper reservoir in the form of a sleeve, which is arranged as capable of entering into the first reservoir up to the simultaneous contact, forming a line of contact of the second reservoir with the surface of the soil substrate and the inner surface of the first reservoir. At the same time the contact increases as diametres of the first and second reservoirs match at the level of 4/5 of the first reservoir height. The bottom of the first reservoir is equipped with holes. A rooted green cutting is planed into the soil substrate. The lower reservoir of the container is made of a dissolving material of vegetable origin, which is decomposed in soil by soil microorganisms. At the same time the diametre of the lower reservoir bottom is selected as 1.5 times more than the maximum size of the root system of the green cutting when planted.

EFFECT: inventions make it possible to increase reliability of stevia seedlings production and provide for a high level of establishment.
