FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction panels using hardening suspension and may be used for production of inner and outer walls of whatever structures. In compliance with this method, one formula is used for defining portion of the area of extending fiber surface of the first layer of fibers. Another formula is used to define portion of the area of extending fiber surface of the second layer of fibers to be deposited on every layer of hardening suspension of the panel. Proposed method comprises also providing required suspension volume fraction of percentage of fibers in suspension layer reinforced by fibers. Besides, proposed method comprises adjusting, at least, one parameter selected from fiber diameter and thickness of suspension layer reinforced by fiber in the range of 0.13-0.89 cm (0.05-0.35 inches). Then, subsequent distribution of fiber volume fraction in total amount of fibers is performed. Distribution displays comparison of amount of second layer fibers with respect to that of first layer fibers. Fraction of fiber surface area and fraction of fiber surface area should be smaller than 0.65. Method includes providing for amount of loose individual fibers in compliance with calculated fraction of fiber surface area. Besides, method includes displacing the web, applying first layer of loose individual fibers thereon, applying layer of hardening suspension of said first layer. Then, second layer of loose individual fibers is applied on layer of hardening suspension to embed loose individual fibers into suspension for uniform distribution of several fiber layers in every layer of panel suspension.
