SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway system control. Proposed device comprises set of processors arranged in parallel to generate railway system control instructions. Every said processor receives various packs of signals. Device incorporates also the unit to select instruction from output data coming from processors. Modular applied automatic system are identical for all sets if instructions while every set of instructions allows generation of individual scheduler of consecutive activation of modular applied automatic systems in compliance with separate sequence. Proposed method comprises the following stages: two sets of instructions are loaded into two processors from appropriate data bases and identical input data are transmitted to appropriate inputs of parallel processors. Every processor is used to execute its assigned set of instructions to compute appropriate identical output data and output them to appropriate outputs subject to identical input data. Note that execution of said set of instructions comprises the following stages: at least, two modular applied automatic systems are executed to extract data obtained after execution of sequence to be directed into instruction select unit. Note that command signal is selected from output data from processor depending upon definite criterion.
