FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes horizontal support surface, shaft vertically fixed on it, front and rear cross tie rods, lateral longitudinal tie rods on which there vertically fixed are support frames in which rotating blades are installed on vertical axes, middle longitudinal tie rod, wind vane, rotation conversion mechanism and electric generator. In addition, plant includes control device consisting of wind speed sensor, electric generator load sensor, sensor of current deviation angle of transverse tie rods from middle position, calculating device of optimum deviation angle of transverse tie rods from middle position, comparing device, relay device and electric actuator. Inputs of calculating device of optimum deviation angle of transverse tie rods from middle position are connected to outputs of wind and load speed sensors of electric generator; inputs of comparing device are connected to output of sensor of current deviation angle of transverse tie rods from middle position and output of calculating device of optimum deviation angle of transverse tie rods from middle position respectively; output of comparing device is electrically connected to input of relay device, and output of relay device is electrically connected to electric actuator.

EFFECT: improving energy-conversion efficiency of the device in conditions of randomly changing wind and load speed.
