SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary and is intended for reduction of hyperlipidemia in animal organism. For this purpose into composition of food ration of animals, which are on a atherogenic diet, additionally introduced is one egg of Japanese quail Cotumix cotumix japonica in quantity 20 g per day during three weeks.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce level of general cholesterol, triglycerides, lipoproteins of very low density (LPVLD) in blood and low-density lipoproteins (LDLP), increase level of high-density lipoproteins (HDLP) in blood in case of hyperlipidemia.
