FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to homogenising bitumen-based mix and polymer granules and may be used in, for example, construction for fabrication of flexible bituminous insulation films. Proposed device comprises external container accommodating cylindrical barrel with perforated sidewall provided with multiple through holes. Every said hole has sharp cutting edge. Besides, proposed device comprises homogenising assembly revolving about vertical axis to shift tangentially so that polymer granules collide with sharp cutting edge of said through holes.
EFFECT: possibility to use low-output motor, constant temperature of mix, ruled out hole clogging.
