FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology. A dispersed catalyst is loaded into a reactor and gas containing a gaseous carbon compound is fed at growth temperature of the carbon nanomaterial. The gas is fed in three steps, wherein content of the gaseous carbon compound in the gas is equal to (vol. %): 5-20 at the first step with duration of 2-10 min; 30-100 at the second step with duration of 10-30 min; 10-25 at the third step with duration of 20-30 min. Quality and output of the carbon nanomaterial is increased.

EFFECT: method is simple and cheap.
