FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: plate-type heat exchanger includes many heat exchange plates. Plates are located near each other and are constantly connected to each other, thus forming a pack of plates, which has gaps between the first plate and gaps between the second plate. Each heat exchange plate has heat transfer area and four areas with the hole, which are determined by the edge of the hole. Each area with a hole includes flat annular area located on one of the levels - primary or secondary, as well as many internal sections on flat annular area on the other level - primary or secondary. Each internal section has inner part adjacent to the edge of the hole and outer segment adjacent to inner part and having angular length equal at least to 180°. Outer segment has continuous circuit and radius R which can vary inside the range of 0.8R≤R≤1.2R.
EFFECT: creation of plate-type heat exchanger with high design pressure.
