SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to field of functional diagnostics. Light flow intensity supplied from source to place of personal computer use is changed smoothly without warning user about it. Degree of light flow change at which personal computer user registers change of light flow value is registered. Conclusion about achievement of fatigue level is made by increase of degree of light flow change on value increasing 12% of initial value.

EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means for determining state of fatigue of personal computer user.
