At the same time the inlets of the unit for generation of an integral signal of rocket launch permission are connected to the outlet of the unit for generation of a rocket launch permit signal by the angular position of the sighting line in the rifleman-operator sight and the sensor of the rocket availability in the launching plant, accordingly, the inlets of the unit for generation of a rocket launch signal are connected to the outlet of the unit for generation of an integral signal of a rocket launch permission and the "Start" signal switch, and the indicator of rifleman-operator rocket launch permit is connected to the outlet of the unit for generation of the integral signal of the rocket launch permission.
