FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: resonator process parameter sensor frequency metre has a first adder respectively connected by the first and second arms to a resonator sensor and the output of a frequency-tuned electromagnetic oscillation generator, and a voltage generator. The metre further includes a second adder, a frequency-to-voltage converter, indicator and measuring units, wherein the third arm of the first adder is connected to the input of the frequency-to-voltage converter whose output is connected to the indicator unit and the first arm of the second adder; the second arm of the second adder is connected to the voltage generator; the third arm of the second adder is connected to the input of the frequency-tuned electromagnetic oscillation generator, the output of the latter being connected to the measuring unit.

EFFECT: simple process of measuring frequency of a resonator sensor.
