FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: insert for measuring deformation of a loaded structural component has a deformation receiver and a converter for converting the controlled quantity to an electric signal, connected to each other by a mechanical displacement transformer. The lock for the deformation receiver in the cavity of the loaded structural component is inserted into the insert. The deformation receiver is in form of two oppositely lying detecting elements in contact with the surface of the cavity of the loaded structural component and connected to each other by an elastic coupling. One of the detecting elements of the deformation receiver is connected to the lock of the deformation receiver. The mechanical displacement transformer is in form of in form of a four-link chain. The converter for converting the controlled quantity to an electric signal is in form of a device for measuring linear displacement of said terminal elements.
EFFECT: high repairability of the insert, stability of its characteristics and possibility of increasing its sensitivity.
