SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen utensils. The kitchen utensils comprises a metal casing (1b), including the bottom coupled with an insert (1a) made of a harder metal than the metal casing, and which is usually fastened with it through the perforations or teeth, providing a rigid connection (231, 310). Around the perforated or toothed area (231) of the insertion (1a) there is a zone (25) of a continuously solid slightly protrusive peripheral support surface in the form of a crown in the said harder metal. The insertion is rigidly fixed in the form of a flat plate or a capsule. Also a method of manufacturing of kitchen utensils is claimed.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to improve the thermal and mechanical properties of the utensils bottom in the process of induction heating.
