SUBSTANCE: invention refers to veterinary medicine, particularly treating cows suffering lactation dug diseases, also may be used both in milk-producing units, and in the machine milking farms. An agent for treating dug hyperkeratosis in cows contains organosilicone glycerohydrogel Si(C₃H₇O₃)₄·×C₃H₈O₃·yH₂O wherein 5≤x≤6, 28≤y≤30, and supercritical CO₂-calendula extract in the following proportions, wt %: supercritical CO₂ calendula extract - 0.5; organosilicone glycerohydrogel up to 100. For the purpose of dug hyperkeratosis in cows the dug is daily coated with said agent at 0.5-1.0 g twice a day; the therapeutic course makes 10-14.

EFFECT: use under the specified therapeutic regimen of the presented agent possessing a high penetration effect, a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action and high ability to stimulate regeneration of the involved dug tissues in cows, provides effective healing of dug cracks, reduced time of healing, the lower content of somatic cells in cow's milk.
