SUBSTANCE: invention relates to putty for levelling surfaces of concrete articles. The putty contains the following in wt %: cement 28.0-32.0; water 24.0-26.0; diabasic flour 38.0-42.5; water-repellent liquid GKZh-94 3.0-5.0; sulphite alcohol spent liquor 0.5-1.0.
EFFECT: high strength of adhesion of the putty with concrete surface.
