FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials. The crude mixture for making a heat-insulating layer contains the following, in wt %: synthetic fibrous filler 7.0-13.0, liquid glass 45.0-50.0, scrap glass ground to specific surface area 5000-6000 cm2/g and/or quartz sand ground to specific surface area 5000-6000 cm2/g 37.0-48.0. Ground scrap coloured glass can be used in the mixture for making a heat-insulating layer.
EFFECT: high strength of adhesion of the heat-insulating layer with the heat-insulated surface.
