FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves arrangement of combustible oxidation compound (COC) in the well, installation of COC burning initiator by lowering it in a tight container. COC is arranged in the well by being delivered in a container using a conducting and COC is poured out as solid mass to the working face till the treatment interval bottom level. Combustion initiator is delivered in a tight container using a conducting rope to the area of boundary line of COC and well fluid. As combustion initiator in a tight container there used slightly gassy, slowly burning and high-temperature solid composition, for example based on iron-aluminium thermite; after that, immediate actuation of combustion initiator is performed from source of electric power supplied through conducting rope from the well head with possibility of layer-by-layer COC combustion.

EFFECT: improving the method's efficiency due to simplifying the delivery operations of COC and combustion initiator, layer-by-layer combustion and sufficient increase in action of heated gases by means of rational arrangement and actuation of COC combustion initiator.
