FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: labyrinth is installed on shaft in support. Labyrinth has a thread along inner diameter. Inner ring of bearing is fixed in axial direction by means of threaded connection of the labyrinth with the shaft. On inner side of shaft there installed is threaded sleeve with axial projections. Shaft is provided with end splines. On inner side of labyrinth there installed is annular lock fixed with splines on the shaft side in axial direction on splines. Lock is also fixed in axial and radial directions with radial labyrinth projections directed to support axis so that labyrinth and sleeve can be fixed in circumferential direction by means of in-series plastic deformation of lock cylindrical shell to slots between projections of labyrinth and sleeve.
EFFECT: reliable axial fixation of inner bearing ring by means of labyrinth with fixation of labyrinth in circumferential direction improves reliability, reduces the weight and axial dimensions of gas turbine engine support.
