SUBSTANCE: in the method, using a video surveillance subsystem with video cameras and thermal imagers mounted along the linear section of a boundary with alternation, using backlighting by backlight lasers, as well as an information collecting and processing subsystem, information is continuously transmitted from the thermal imagers to a computer and a monitor connected to said thermal imagers, and simultaneously recorded in a memory unit, for example a computer hard disk. Vibration detectors having detecting elements and signal processing units are mounted on the posts of the enclosure.
EFFECT: reduced cost of the equipment used while ensuring video surveillance at night and during bad visibility, ensuring detection of optical devices directed towards a secure facility.
