FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to non-smoking nicotine-containing products production technology. The methods envisage preparation of recipe components, extraction of aromatic raw material chosen from the specified group raw material with liquid carbon dioxide to separate corresponding miscella; one performs cutting and drying tobacco and scorzonera in microwave field at preset process parameters, their blending, impregnation with separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost, depressurisation to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, subliming and removal of carbon dioxide with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of apricot juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water and moulding the produced mixture to produce the end product. The recipe components composition includes tobacco, scorzonera, apricot juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate, water and one of the following spices: vanilla, cloves, cinnamon, fennel, estragon, cardamom, medang, Chinese magnolia vine fruits, allspice, peppermint, garden balm, lemon balm, citrus peel.
EFFECT: inventions allow to produce a non-smoking nicotine-containing tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
