FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to the crop production, and can be used in the cultivation of potatoes on sloping lands. Initially sunflower is seeded with increased seeding rate across the slope and is harvested for silage at the flowering stage with plowing of crop residues. In autumn annual clover is sown which after regrowth in the spring is plowed as green manure. Potatoes are planted in the spring after plowing in the clover as green manure.
EFFECT: method enables to increase the yield of potatoes, reduce erosion, improve soil fertility.
