FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment, namely, a training device for rowers. Simulator-canoe includes area to accommodate the athlete, mounted on supports made in the form semi-ovals, following the contour of the transverse contours of sports boat. Supports of fore and aft parts are located at equal distance from each other, to the top parts of the supports and the fore and aft parts the tubes are attached outside interconnected to form the boat-canoe sides. The simulator is equipped with basic and additional sliding runners, and the basic sliding runners are attached to the supports located at a distance from each other, equal to 80-100 mm in the fore and aft parts are welded to the pipes, and additional sliding runners are attached to the supports of the ore and aft parts, located on the sides of the basic runners and 35-45 mm higher. The paddle simulator is designed as a rod, on the support end the rod is connected to four forked teeth pointed at the ends, made in the form of hooks. In addition at the aft part of the simulator the balance holding means is attached.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of training of the balance function of rowers with simultaneous development of technology of rowing motions by approaching as close as possible to natural conditions of rowing on the water.
