SUBSTANCE: ultra small safety switch (1) has a housing (2) including housing base (3) made from insulating material and glass-shaped cover (4) of the housing for installation or installed on the housing base (3). In the housing base (3) there are embedded two elongated and flat conducting brushes (5, 6) in their longitudinal direction (21) parallel to each other. On inner end (17) of the first conducting brush (5) there is static contact (8) located. On inner end (18) of the second conducting brush (6) in attachment point (34) there is bimetallic spring washer (7) located with loose end (28) generating or bearing moving contact piece (9). Attachment point (34), moving contact (9) and static contact (8) are located on the same axis (19) parallel to longitudinal direction (21) of conducting brushes (5, 6).

EFFECT: longitudinal position of bimetallic spring washer in glass-shaped housing provides compactability of the switch, its operation reliability, mounting simplifying.
