SUBSTANCE: storage for tuberous roots comprises a base, shelter, ventilation system with a central air supply channel and vertical exhaust pipes. Central air supply channel is located under the base, has vertical branches in the soil to a depth of contact with the isothermal layer and is connected with an internal space of the shelter through the perforated pipes. Under the vertical branches of the central air supply channel an additional channel is made that connects the isothermal layer of soil to the atmosphere. In the vertical vent pipes the porous inserts are installed.

EFFECT: invention enhances the safety of products by maintaining the required temperature and reduction of air humidity.
