SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products like water naswar. Then girasol-sunflower is cut and dried in microwave field at specified parameters of the process. The ingredients are mixed with the recipe components and impregnated with liquid carbon dioxide with simultaneous pressure boost. After impregnation, pressure is reduced down to atmospheric one which ensures the mixture freezing. Then one performs subliming and removal of carbon dioxide which leads to the mixture swelling. One adds to the swollen mixture cherry plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water. The produced mixture is moulded to produce the target product.
EFFECT: one produces a non-smoking nicotine-containing tobacco product with improved organoleptic properties and extended storage life combined with decreasing losses of flavouring substances and initial raw material nicotine.
