FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: turbine design is arranged with a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor to form a channel between the rotor and the stator for hot gases under pressure formed as a result of burning. The rotor identifies radial direction and circular direction and comprises turbine blades stretching in the radial direction via a channel in direction to the stator and having bands arranged on edges. The stator comprises a wall section, along which bands move as the rotor rotates. At least one supersonic nozzle is installed in the wall section and is connected to a source of a cooling fluid medium and is arranged as capable of supplying a supersonic fluid medium in direction to a band. At least one supersonic nozzle is inclined relative to the radial direction to the circular direction in such orientation that the supersonic flow of the cooling fluid medium has a flow component parallel to the direction of band movement.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of cooling.
