FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in housing 1 of vibratory pump there fixed is electromagnet 2 containing magnetic conductor that represents a common part that is made of a set of bands of electrotechnical steel. Coil winding 3 is installed in annular gap between cores. Core 4 of electromagnet 2 is made in the form of a bobbin of band of electrotechnical steel and rigidly attached through hollow stock 5 with two rubber-metal shock absorbers 7 and 9. In shock absorbers 7 and 9 there installed are central threaded sleeves 6 and 8. Hollow stock 5 is rigidly fixed with one end in sleeve 6 of shock absorber 7. The other end of stock 5 is rigidly fixed in sleeve 8 of shock absorber 9. Cover 10 with suction valve 11 installed in it and shock absorber 7 are fixed on housing 1 and form working chamber 12 of the first pump stage. Shock absorber 9 is fixed on the other end of housing 1 through cover 13 in which delivery valve 14 is installed so that working chamber 15 of the second pump stage is formed. Valve 16 which is delivery valve for the first stage of the pump, and which is the suction valve for the second stage of pump, is installed on sleeve 8.
EFFECT: simpler pump design, improved reliability and increased head.
