FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: to frequency comparator unit of stabilised electric drive there introduced is AND circuit, comparison circuit, register, period-code converter, two duration-code converters, computing device and RS-trigger. Introduced elements allow the following when in saturation mode of pulse frequency-phase discriminator: determine the error value as per angular speed Δωk; compare Δωk to optimum value 
as to synchronisation time; perform advanced release of pulse frequency-phase discriminator to proportional operating mode at the moment when error value as per angular speed Δωk becomes lower than Δωr value.
EFFECT: reduction of synchronisation time of electric drive in wide range of working rotation frequencies.
