FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for laparoscopic treatment of large intestine cancer. During laparoscopic resection of large intestine caused by malignant tumour abducting from tumour lymphatic vessels are contrasted with solution of methylene blue. The most proximal lymphatic vessel on the boundary of zone of ablated tissues is exposed and ozonised physiological solution 20 ml, 400 mcg/l, and after 30 minutes chemical preparation are introduced. Vessel is ligated. Laparoscopic resection of large intestine with tumour and paraaortal lymphodissection is performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of development of lymphogenous metastases after performed surgical treatment.
