FIELD: oil-and-gas production.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises production well with methane hydrate pressure reduction means intended for extraction of methane gas, heating well made up of production well bottom end extension to depth aquifer, and for pumping out of geothermal heat carrier therefrom. Besides, said system comprises new recompletion made up of production well bottom end extension to depth aquifer to return heat carrier subjected to heat exchange into said aquifer. System includes appliance to feed heat carrier to methane hydrate dissociation zone boundary surface. System exploits methane hydrate stratum with sand stratum at its bottom as flow heat exchanger. System allows combining heating and decreasing pressure for better dissociation of methane hydrate.
