FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a generator including linear, quadratic and cubic voltage pulse shapers, a commutator, a synchronisation unit and a power amplifier. The power amplifier output represents the generator first output; the synchronisation unit output represents the generator second output; the generator third output represents the bridge circuit second input. Connected to the generator is a four-armed bridge circuit consisting of two parallel loops. The first loop contains two bipoles, placed in series. The first bipole elements have constant parameters while the second bipole elements have adjustable parameters and are used for the bridge balancing. The first and second multi-element bipoles of the bridge circuit first loop contains an identical number of build-up circuits, each of the connected in parallel to the previous build-up circuit coil. The total number of build-up circuits is equal to the ratio of the number of elements in the measurement objects to 4. The bridge second loop contains, serially coupled. a standalone resistor and two terminals for connection of the bipoles of the measurement objects. The bridge circuit first output is represented by the common point of the first and the second multi-element bipoles of the bridge first loop while the second output is represented by the common point of one of the terminals and the standalone resistor of the second loop. The both bridge outputs are connected to the differential input of the null-indicator the second input whereof is connected to the synchronisation unit with the common bus grounded.

EFFECT: increasing the number of determined parameters of measurement objects.
