FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making isolation surface coatings on backing and may be used for coating griddles, refractory crockery, chemical reactor components, etc, that is where high chemical, thermal resistance and electrical insulation are required. Proposed method comprises applying ground layer powder on backing. Then, outer layer powder is applied on ground layer. After application of ground and outer layer powders, backing is annealed. Ground layer powder comprises copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroethylene and unfusible binder. Outer finishing later powder comprises copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkylvinyl ester. Infusible binder comprises polybenzimidazole, liquid-crystal polymer or whatever combination thereof. Additionally, ground powder comprises fusible binder including polyestersulfon, polyphenylsulphide, poly arylene ether ketones, or whatever combinations thereof.
EFFECT: high thermal resistance, wear resistance and isolation properties.
