SUBSTANCE: refrigerating device includes housing restricting the inner cavity, the door the inner side of which faces the inner cavity and on which there located are fastening devices, hinged element of door with fixation system intended for stepped rearrangement of hinged element of the door as to height to several fixed positions on the door, counter-stop with fastening catch, which, when in locking position, is engaged with fastening slot of fastening device, and when in open position, is disengaged from fastening slot; unlocking device provided on counter-stop and designed for release of hinged element of the door from current fixed position; counter-stop that includes limit stop which, when unlocking device is not activated, is installed on movement way of counter-stop between locking and open positions and prevents the retraction of the fastening catch from fastening slot.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows designing the refrigerating device in which the change of installation height of hinged door element will be secured at non-activated unlocking device.
