FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The recipe components are prepared. One proceeds with bulb onions milling, sunflower flour pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato puree, sugar, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf. One performs cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, navaga cutting, maintenance in salt solution, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil. The navaga and the sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
