FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the manufacturing method of nozzle of combustion chamber of liquid-propellant engine (LPE). Outer and inner covers are made. Soldering belts are laid on inner cover and connected to outer cover. Soldering of LPE combustion chamber nozzle is performed prior to welding of manifold to a ring under it; the above ring is made with an allowance along outer diameter of "vee". Then, detachable insert is inserted into annular cavity of the under-manifold ring; at that, side radii of insert shall be larger than side inner radii of under-manifold ring. Insert is covered from above with process patch piece welded to allowance part of both "vee", thus forming a cavity that is sealed prior to soldering in order to provide the pressure of soldered connection. After soldering is completed, process patch piece and allowance part of "vee" of under-manifold ring is cut out, the insert is removed and manifold with branch pipes is welded to nozzle.

EFFECT: increase in strength of soldered connection and improvement of soldering quality in zone of under-manifold ring; reduction of weight of manifold and workpiece of under-manifold ring.
