FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: device for grain drying includes a jacket of rectangular section, the surface of which is coated with a layer of a heat-insulating material, a transporting working element installed inside the jacket, a loading hopper, an unloading window, heating elements placed between the loading hopper and the unloading window, and also a cooling device comprising a fan and an air duct. The jacket is arranged with rectangular section, and the transporting working element is arranged in the form of a continuous chain with scrapers. Inside the jacket there are two plates installed horizontally and in parallel one above the other. Between the plates there are heating elements arranged at the equal distance from the loading hopper and the unloading window, besides, the upper branch of the chain with scrapers rests against the upper plate, which is arranged as shorter than the horizontal section of the upper branch of the chain, besides, its edge is installed at the level of the external edge of the unloading window. The lower branch of the chain with scrapers rests against the lower plate. The air duct of the cooling device is connected to the jacket at equal distance from the loading hopper and the unloading window.

EFFECT: application of this device makes it possible to increase efficiency of grain drying process and to improve quality of a finished product.
