SUBSTANCE: device comprises a sight with transmitters of angles and angular speed of a sighting line in two mutually orthogonal planes, a unit connected to sensors for generation of a signal of missile launch permit by the angular position of the sight sighting line, connected with an indicator of angular position of the sight sighting line, a launching plant with a sensor of missile availability, a device for missile homing connected to the sensor of missile availability of the launch plant, a unit for generation of an integral signal for missile launch permit, inputs of which are connected to the unit for generation of a signal for missile launch permit by angular position of the sight sighting line, the sensor of missile availability of the launch plant and device of missile homing accordingly, a serially joined switch of a "Launch" signal and a unit for generation of missile launch signal, the second inlet of which is connected to the outlet of the unit for generation of an integral signal for missile launch permit, an indicator of missile launch permit, connected to an outlet of the unit for generation of an integral signal for missile launch permit, and a sensor of mobile carrier heel connected to the missile homing device.
