FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a primary converter of magnetic field into an electric signal on the basis of Hall effect, having two control field systems of metal-dielectric-semiconductor type and two contacts for its inclusion into a circuit of stabilised current. Also the device comprises an operational amplifier and a cascade of comparison of an output signal of the operational amplifier and the current value to be stabilised. At the same time the operational amplifier and the cascade of comparison form a feedback loop between contacts to pick up the Hall electromotive force of the primary converter of magnetic field and electrodes of field gates of the control field system of the primary converter of magnetic field.
EFFECT: development of highly sensitive magnetosensitive integrated chip for stabilisation of electric current characterised with simplicity of design and higher thermal reliability.
