FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in case voltage of a winding (3) reduces, its magnetic flow reduces, values of pull-in electromagnetic forces reduce and become lower than weights of anchors (8), and the latter start moving down in accordance with their traction characteristic. The value of the pull-in electromagnetic force starts increasing until electromagnetic forces become equal to weights of anchors (8). The magnetic link between the primary (3) and secondary (5) windings intensifies, and voltage of the secondary winding (5) despite reduction of the magnetic flow of the winding (3) does not change. If voltage of the winding (3) increases, and accordingly, its magnetic flow rises, operation of the device is carried out in accordance with the traction characteristic (3). Pull-in electromagnetic forces increase, and anchors (8) move up until electromagnetic forces become equal to weights of anchors (8). As a result the magnetic link between the primary (3) and secondary (5) windings reduces, and voltage of the secondary winding (5) despite increase of the magnetic flow of the winding (3) does not change.
