SUBSTANCE: panel device (10) for operations input comprises a panel section (311), the first conducting layer (38), arranged on the side of one surface (31a) of the panel section (31), an insulating layer (34), which is imposed onto the first conducting layer (38) and the second conducting layer (32), imposed onto the insulating layer (34). The first conducting layer (38) and the second conducting layer (32) are made by application of a coating from a dissolved electroconductive substance (38a, 32a). The insulating layer (34) is arranged by application of a coating from an insulating substance of hardening accelerating type (34a). The panel device may be manufactured by the method of screen printing.
EFFECT: improved protective properties of an insulating layer, reduced time to manufacture a panel device.
