SUBSTANCE: self-adhesive tape has an adhesive layer protected on two sides by anti-adhesion paper. The adhesive layer is made from an adhesive composition containing perchlorovinyl resin, tricresyl phosphate plasticiser, pine rosin, baking soda and an acrylic elastomer and ethyl acetate. The acrylic elastomer is a carboxyl-containing copolymer of butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid.

EFFECT: self-adhesive tape is flame-proof, has high initial adhesion which is well retained for a long period of time, and high resistance to peeling and shearing.
