FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: sliding and fixation device (1) for fixation of position of a glass panel (5), moved along upper and lower rails, at the specified angle relative to an upper rail (7), besides, the specified upper rail (7) has an upper side (73), a foot (70), an inner side (75) and an outer side (76), at the same time on the upper edge of the glass panel by means of an upper support bar (4) there are two upper guide elements (2; 2' and 2, 2") connected as capable of sliding along the upper rail (7), and on the lower edge of the glass panel by means of a lower support bar (300) there are two lower guide elements (3; 3' and 3, 3") connected as capable of sliding along the lower rail (8), so that the glass panel (5) is fixed between the specified lower support bar (300) and the upper support bar (4), at the same time at least the upper support bar (4) stretches from one end of the glass panel (5) to the other end as capable of rotation and fixation at the angle relative to the upper rail (7), differing by the fact that each upper guide element (2; 2', 2; 2") has a shape of a hemisphere and is arranged in the form of a fixing element by means of its connection to the upper support bar (4), fixed on the upper part of the glass panel (5) by means of the rigid fixation, which prevents mutual rotary movement of the upper support bar (4) and the upper guide element (2), at the same time a counter element (20) of the specified upper guide element (2), serving as a fixing element, is formed by a hole (20) in the form of a circle segment arranged on a shelf (200), so that the horizontal plane stretching through the specified hole, is arranged approximately at the half of height of the specified upper guide element (2), at the same time each upper guide element (2', 2") of each pair of upper guide elements (2) is fixed to the upper support bar (4) at the end of the support bar and simultaneously at the end of the upper edge of the glass panel.
